Sharon Richter owns a counseling practice focusing on sports nutrition, weight loss/gain, eating disorders, and disease prevention for children, adolescents and adults.
In addition to one-on-one counseling, her business includes various consulting positions. She provides nutritional analysis for restaurant menus and food products, create school breakfast and lunch menus, consults for Head Start programs, Equinox Fitness Club and Drive 495. She also lecture at companies including Kiehls, Nike running club, and Federal Home Loan Bank of New York.
In August and September, 2006 she appeared on national television, working with the "Fab Five" as the nutrition expert for 3 weight loss episodes of Queer Eye, shown on Bravo TV.
